Does an image, text or video on tellmelo infringe your rights? Find the member below, select the post and describe the case briefly. You do not need an account.

How it works:

You fill in the form and receive an email.
You confirm the link in it. Only then is the notice received.
The post is reviewed. If the notice is justified, it is removed without delay (§ 10 DDG).
You receive the decision.

Before you report

Quotations are allowed if they engage with the work (§ 51 UrhG). So are parody and caricature (§ 51a UrhG).
Simple photos are protected too (§ 72 UrhG). But you can only report works to which you hold the rights yourself.
