Liability for content

The posts on tellmelo come from its members. The operator is responsible for its own content under § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG it does not have to monitor third-party content or search it for signs of unlawful activity.

Once a specific infringement is known, the content is removed without delay. Report it through the report form or the contact form.

Posts may contain links to third-party sites. Their provider is responsible for their content. Every such link first leads to a notice that the site is not part of tellmelo. Linked pages are not monitored without a concrete indication of an infringement; once one is known, the site is blocked.

The rights to members’ content remain with its authors. If content on tellmelo infringes your copyright, report it through the report form; you can select the post there directly.
