It's half past one, the house is still, my brain decides it's time to thrill. It replays things from 2011, and plans my life till 2027. The pillow's warm, the room is dark, my thoughts are running round the park. Tomorrow-me will pay the price. Tonight-me thinks this is quite nice.
The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald, summed up: A guy throws the biggest parties in New York every weekend, all to impress one girl who lives across the bay. Under 200 pages, written in 1925, and somehow still the most accurate book about doing way too much for your ex.
